Official rental policy

 

 Arrival time : after 16.00 hrs.       Departure: before 12.00 hrs.

1.                  Maximum number of people: The number is calculated as follows: two persons for a queen, double, or couch bed and one     person by single bed. Law imposes upon this number and no abuse will be tolerated.

2.                  Animals: Are not admitted in the units.

3.                  Noise: It is prohibited to disturb other residents at any time.

4.                  Sublease: It is prohibited to sublease, transfer or rent a unit, without the administrator’s formal authorization.

                     Any transgression of one or any rules, will cause immediate expulsion of all occupants from the property

                     with no reparation or  reimbursement  

-                     Required deposit: Forty (40%) percent of the total amount taxes included is required.

-                     Accepted methods of payment: Cash, bank money order or check.

-                     Cancellation; In the case of a reimbursement more than forty five days before arrival, deposit will be refunded except a one hundred and fifty dollars (150$) service charge. In all other cases, DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

-                     Modification: All modification to the stay must be made at least twenty-one (21) before arrival.

-                     Hasty departure: No reduction will be granted for hasty departures or belated arrivals.

-                     Non-available units: If by the nature of thing, the unit is not available as foreseen (sale, fire or nay other…). The rental agent will provide if possible a similar unit to accommodate the customer or will reimburse the totality of the amount paid.

-                     Telephone: Telephone and cable not provided in all units. It is strictly prohibited to use the phones for long distance calls, these phones belong to the owners. Please use your calling card or reverse charges. Any unauthorized call made will be charged on your credit card with additional fees.

-                     Inventory: At every arrival and departure, status and inventory are verified. The client will be held responsible for any damage and/or disappearance of any object during the stay.

-                     Towels and toilet paper: Start off sheets and towels are included in the rental but no change is made during the stay. Toilet paper is NEVER provided is the units.

-                     Firewood: Most of our units are equipped with a fireplace or a slow combustion stove, but wood is not included in all. It is always possible for you to buy some at the convenience store.-  In summer some units may have BBQ’S but the cleaning and propane gas is all up to the clients…

-                     Garbage: Garbage collection schedules are posted in the unit, tenant is required to set the garbage on the street at the required time. Please take note that supplementary housekeeping expenses can be applied to units that are left particularly dirty.
